Born in Worcester, MA, Megan holds a Bachelor of English with a minor in Education from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a dual bachelor of Writing/Visual Arts Design from Southern Cross University in Lismore, NSW, Australia.
Experienced in a range of creative and professional endeavors, Megan has used her skills as a real estate photographer/social media manager for a real estate marketing company, a wedding photographer, a reporter, a blogger, a proofreader and editor, and more!
Megan’s nonfiction work has been published by the Byron Bay Writer’s Festival official blog and in the Tenterfield Star newspaper. Her creative work ‘New Skin’ was featured in the 6th edition of Coastlines out of Southern Cross University. She continues to write and express herself creatively in her spare time.
Megan currently works for the Office of the Chief Public Defender in administrative services, and attends Southern Connecticut State University where she is working on a dual Master’s in Social Work and Gender Studies. She is expected to graduate in Spring of 2028.
Megan lives in Connecticut with her partner Carmine, his son Toby, and their husky Geralt.
