Born in Worcester, MA, Megan holds a Bachelor of English from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a dual bachelor of Writing/Visual Arts Design from Southern Cross University in Lismore, NSW, Australia.
Experienced in a range of creative endeavors, Megan has used her skills as a real estate photographer/social media manager for a real estate marketing company, a wedding photographer, a reporter, a blogger, a proofreader/editor, and more!
Megan’s nonfiction work has been published by the Byron Bay Writer’s Festival official blog and in the Tenterfield Star newspaper. Her creative work ‘New Skin’ was featured in the 6th edition of Coastlines out of Southern Cross University.
She currently works for the Office of the Chief Public Defender in administrative services, and will begin working on a dual Master’s in Social Work and Gender Studies at Southern CT State University in Fall 2025.
Megan lives in Middletown, CT with her partner Carmine, his son Toby, and their husky Geralt.
